Capturing all the buzz around WordCamps and put it all together at one place .. !!

Hello World

Welcome to WordCamp Buzz, a place to capture all the buzz around WordCamps and put it all together at one place, that way we will have it all sorted out, categorized and preserved so that it wouldn’t get lost on the streams of twitter and social media. (not sure if anybody cares, but we do :) )

We got introduced to the world of WordCamp community this year (2015) and we loved the way the whole community comes together for one cause. We love the whole format and the rationale behind WordCamps – it has superb content for developers, designers, WordPress power users as well as novice users who are just starting with online publishing and may not know much about it or even about wordpress.

We started exploring past wordcamps as well as upcoming wordcamps and although we could find information, but found it scattered around WordCamp.org, official subdomain sites of WordCamps and on social media.

Secondly we would love to attend all the wordcamps happening in the world – but that is not possible based on our engagements (and our bank-balance :)). So we decided to do the next best thing – that is to track all those WordCamps and either live blog, or just report it over here.

So, here we are … doing what we want to do. Let us know what you think about it?

If you like the cause, please help us out by spreading the word. Please like us, follow us and reply to us, you can also use #wcbuzz on social media.

Please note this site is still under construction, so you may find many things out of place, eg- the video thumbnail on the home page is just an image for now but very soon we will launch a youtube channel too.
